1. Registration for term and courses

– Students are required to complete registration in the designated period. In addition, students should register for courses for each term by the due date with the approval of their academic advisors and the program head (rule).

2. Course Duration

– Doctorate students are required to take courses for more than two years but the maximum course duration cannot extend five years. Leaves of absences are not included in the duration of the course (rule).

3. Credit Acquisition

① 36 credits are required for completion of the program. A GPA higher than 3.0 is required for graduation (rule).
② The required 36 credits should include a minimum of 18 credits from courses in the Interdisciplinary Program in Landscape Architecture.
③ Among the courses in the Interdisciplinary Program in Landscape Architecture, students can take a maximum of 12 credits by taking the course on “Dissertation Research” (four times).

4. Leave of Absence and Dismissals (rule)

① When a student needs to take a leave of absence due to unavoidable circumstances, one should submit a Leave of Absence form within the first half of the term, which should be approved by the Dean of the Graduate School. The leave of absence is valid for a maximum of one year.
② Aside the case of the Military Service Leave of Absence, the aggregate term of absence cannot exceed six semesters.

1. 등록과 수강신청

– 학생은 매학기 지정된 기일내에 소정 절차에 따라 등록하여야 한다. 또한 지정된 기일 내에 수강할 교과목을 지도교수와 학과장의 승인을 얻어 신청하여야 한다(학칙).

2. 수업연한, 재학연한

– 박사과정 수업연한은 2년 이상으로 하되, 재학연한은 5년을 초과할 수 없다. 단 휴학기간은 재학연한에 산입하지 아니한다(학칙).

3. 이수학점

① 학생은 총 36학점을 이수해야 하고, 평균평점이 3.0 이상이어야 학위를 취득할 수 있다(학칙).
② 총 36학점 중 협동과정 조경학 박사과정에 개설된 과목을 18학점 이상 수강하여야 한다.
③ 협동과정 조경학 박사과정에 개설된 과목 중 <대학원논문연구> 과목을 최대 12학점(4회)까지 수강할 수 있다.

4. 휴학 및 제적(학칙)

① 학생이 부득이한 사유로 휴학하고자 할 때는 당해 학기 수업주수의 4분의 2 이내에 휴학원을 제출, 대학원장의 허가를 받아야 하며, 휴학원의 유효기간은 1년 이내로 한다.
② 병역법상 복무의무기간을 제외하고는, 휴학기간은 6학기를 초과할 수 없다.
